- Shipment details: contents, weight, size, pickup ZIP code or city, destination, and the quote shown to you.
- Payment details are entered on Stripe's payment page. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount and your billing details, but not your full card number.
- Basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, used to protect the site from spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote, confirm your price and take payment.
- To book your shipment with FedEx and prepare customs documents.
- To contact you about your shipment.
- To keep records required for accounting and legal reasons.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- FedEx, to pick up, carry, clear and deliver your shipment.
- Stripe, to process your payment.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores booking records for us.
- Customs and other authorities, when required for your shipment or by law.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted when they are no longer needed.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.
